    Hi all,

I would like to set up, through an Irish company, a skill-based art competition that will offer a reward in cash and would require participants to pay an entry fee.

    - do you know if this is subject to any specific regulation?
    - should the value of the cash prize be accrued beforehand and maybe registerd with some authority?

    Kind regards,

    Mat
