    Kick-off: 1500 GMT

    • Liverpool and Manchester City are the only teams unbeaten at home in the Premier League this season.
    • The Reds have drawn their last four league games at Anfield.

Liverpool will be without Jay Spearing, who begins a three-game ban following his sending off at Fulham on Monday.

With Lucas Leiva out for the season and Steven Gerrard still missing, Jordan Henderson could switch to a his preferred central midfield role.

QPR are still without Paddy Kenny and Brian Murphy, so third-choice keeper Radek Cerny will start in goal.

Matt Connolly could be in line for a recall and Adel Taarabt faces a late fitness test before the game.

Surely we can double our home wins today tho i doubt any of us are that confident!

Anyone got a stream link for it? Thanks in advance :)

Rumours of both Shelvey and Henderson starting today.

    Nice ironic thread title.

Hopefully Joey Barton will have shaved off his pathetic looking Movember.

I'm very much in the 'persist with carroll' camp. We should easily win today either way.

Back 5 picks itself, shelvey in for spearing.

    Team

Reina, Johnson, Enrique, Skrtel, Agger, Adam, Henderson, Downing, Maxi, Kuyt, Suarez.

Subs: Doni, Kelly, Carragher, Shelvey, Bellamy, Coates, Carroll.

Now that Maxi is in the team, i feel more confident of finally getting that home win. I felt he is what we were missing when we weren't taking our chances against the likes of Norwich and Swansea.

    Maxi 15/8 to score.

    I'm having that

I had a bit of QPR at 9/1 massive price considering L'Pool missing 2 of there best players.

    Shudda scored

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 22,477 ✭✭✭✭Knex*

Very poor miss by Suarez to be honest.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 17,080 ✭✭✭✭Tusky

Adam's passing has been diabolical. Hes just too erratic to play the playmaker position for Liverpool.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 36,466 ✭✭✭✭SlickRic

    Suarez needs to score those.

i love the positions he gets himself into, but he needs to score those.

if he starts doing so, we have pretty much the best player in the League.

Suarez has had some terrible misses already

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 17,080 ✭✭✭✭Tusky

Adam....poor free kick followed by a poor corner. Hes way off form today just when we need him to make the step up in the absence of Gerrard and Lucas.

  • Site Banned Posts: 1,856 ✭✭✭paddy kerins

Once again Adams delivery is poor

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 33,754 ✭✭✭✭Princess Consuela Bananahammock

When am I going to see one of these 10m pound corners?

Amazing how much more composed and organised the back four looks with Carragher out and Agger giving orders.

Even the much maligned (by me) Skrtel looks a lot more comfortable with Agger beside him than he did with Carragher there.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 5,295 ✭✭✭slingerz

corner was shocking from adam just there

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 88,972 ✭✭✭✭mike65

No confidence what so ever, shocking. How hard is it to whip one in?

If games were won by the corner count Liverpool would be nearly unbeatable.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 16,107 ✭✭✭✭niallo27

Has reina touched the ball yet.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 5,438 ✭✭✭livinginkorea

Ah should have been a boot on the end of that....sometimes the rest can't keep up with Suarez.
