I need to improve my blood circulation and along with exercise my diet, which is poor, is the most important factor seemingly.

    What foods improve my circulation?

I heard eating spicy chilies are great for circulation.

With difficulty, it's one of those semi-legal things. Not precisely banned, but not available either. Very easy to get online.

Niacin (vit b3) is great for improving circulation and is even used to treat Raynauds, so chicken, liver, tuna, salmon, turkey etc are all good sources.

You can get Gingko in any chemist or healthfood store in the North.
