Im a regular to exercise but I think my arms are pretty small and the downfall of my workouts.
But anyway I have recently started doing tripcep workouts and the problem I am having is that I feel that my right arm (my better one) is availing more of the workouts than the left. Has anyone got any techniques or workouts to correct this?
I would normally just give it time to correct itself but my weaker arm has alot of catching up to do!

single arm cable tricep pull down. Overhand and hammer style FTW.

I do skull crusher's with 2 dumbbell, both arms have to do the same work

do work on individual arms. Using a bar or movements involving both arms working simultaneously will just exasperate the problem as the stronger arm will do more work and lead to further imbalance.

I used to do skull crushers with DB but found that my form was always terrible as soon as I lifted anything challenging:(. So for the sake of form I switched to an EZ curl

Weighted dips FTW for tricep development IMO. You have several options here:

Get a dumbell between the legs and start lashing out the reps.
Get a back backpack, shove some plates in it and off you go.
    Get a weighted vest.
    Get a dipping belt.

As you get stronger/find it easier, increase the weight. Can't get much simpler than that. Really happy with my own progress since starting this. And the benefit is, it's not just the tricep that will be worked. By all means throw in the skull crusher/tricep pull down at all that jazz but the dips are the front runner for me!
