can it be only on 1 pc at a time?im not sure if i load it onto another pc will that wipe it off my pc?

If it came pre-installed on the computer then the licence is for that machine only.

Installing it on other computers would be a violation of the licence, also it probably wouldn't activate.

Microsoft license windows on a per machine basis, one machine one license
    90% of licenses are non-transferrable
most of the rest are corporate volume licenses

you can only transfer windows to another machine
or if you have a retail upgrade license that did not upgrade an OEM license (in either case the upgraded license dies)
if you have a full retail license

I'm not even certain you can transfer a corporate license to a different company
