    Hi,

I dont know if there is another thread anywhere to this, so frustrated to even look...I have this phone two weeks, went to answer a call today and I couldn't, after the phone stopped ringing i went to access the main menu but couldn't. The "sweep glass to unlock" wouldn't even move. The last app I downloaded was on Friday, the phone was working fine up until today. I can't even turn it off, to do so I have to take the battery out and when I turn the phone back on, the screen is still frozen...WTF???? I'm not home until Friday so I can't even bring it to the shop I bought it in till then.

Has anyone else had any experience of this and do you know if there is anything I can do before waiting until Friday??

    and breathe!!!

    Thanks in advance :D

My little sister only after informing me that she was having a nosey through it and she dropped it when she was visitin that day .... awh im soooo mad!!

Thanks Zizou, I tried that but it didn't work.. because it dropped does this mean there is likely a crack internally or a wire loose?? What are the chances of it been covered under warranty if the phone was dropped?? would they be able to tell?? I only got the phone a few weeks ago, its a bill pay, 24 month contract...

    Presumably the phone isn't insured?

If it is, it should be covered for loss or theft..........

If it isn't, you should probably insure it asap, and pray it never gets lost or stolen!
    :pac:
