I'm being invited 'peer pressured' into going round to someones house, and getting pissed. Bearing in mind I have school, and work tomorrow. I know this is pretty pathetic, but I hate saying no to people(not dirty) and I hate alienating myself from them. So what do I say?

    Say, "not tonight".

It avoids saying "no", which you don't like saying but it means that you don't have to do something that you don't want.

Tell them you're trying to "grow a pair" so cant make it.

Say no now, it'll be easier each time after that, you're only missin one night, so can't see how alienated you could be??

I already said 'Not tonight' and he just went to tell me all about the free alcohol and cigarettes.

Say "no thanks" or "no, I'm grand thanks."

Just say some form of "no."

This is not a good idea OP. Just tell him sorry, but you won't be there. And if that doesn't work go on about how you just started puking and think you have food poisoning.

In my experience theres no such thing as free booze and smokes.
Sounds like a free boat scam (with extra motor)

I don't drink. Quite why he'd invite me to this is silly. Its alright for some people like him, who dropped out of university after 2 weeks to do 2 days a week work and drink the rest of the time, but I don't fancy that, so.

Just go, you could possibly miss out on what will be the greatest night ever!

Or could just grow and pair and tell who evers asking that its during the week it dont suit you. Get more respect not bending over backwards for people.

Because he has been(on occasion) a really good mate to me, when I needed a mate. But since he knows I don't drink, if I don't give him a good answer, he'll turn up at my door and annoy me.

You have school tomorrow, that is a good answer. Tell him you'll do something with him at the weekend.

You don't sound old enough to be in charge of your own destiny. Tell him yore ma said you can't go out to play tonight.

I doubt you'll be 'alienated' for saying 'no thanks' to one night out.
If you were, they wouldn't be worth hanging around with.

You could always show up and then vanish /or/

Just say thanks but I am not going, I have school and work tomorrow. Good night and then switch off your phone.
