So, I'm thinking of adding a second internal drive to my core 2 duo ddr3 mac mini using an optibay to hold an ssd and run the SuperDrive from an enclosure for its rare use. I was thinking of just a 64gb ssd as its cheaper and use just for lion OS x. Then my existing drive will just hold my library of music and files etc.
    1. What's the best way of just moving the lion osx to the new ssd and leaving my bootcamp partition and other data on the previous drive?
    2. Is it best to put the lion osx on ssd in the physical place of the original drive and use the optibay for the library drive, or doesn't it matter?
I've maxed out my ram and swapped to a 7200rpm drive already and short of buying a new machine this seems the best way to speed up booting etc.
I'm wary of the hassle of having to fully reinstall everything and have a spare external for any intermediate cloning if needed.

    Many thanks for any advice
