Can anyone please recommend what is the best gadget to buy to help me do my pelvic floor exercises as I just never think to do it myself and I'm thinking a gadget may motivate me or I may even get results faster?

    Thanks for any suggestions.

Set an alarm on you phone to remind you to do them, you dont' need a gadget.

You can do them anywhere, so if you are working at a desk, you can set an email reminder every hour to remind you and do your sets of 10 then.

I try and do them every time I take a sip of water during the day.

Apparently the best way to do them is to stop and start every time you pee.
If you had to use a gadget would you be more likely to do them?
Just work them into your day, during ads on TV, while the kettle is boiling etc.

Not true. Only do this to check you are doing them right, using correct muscles.

Just wanna add if you are prone to UTI's, don't do this, it can encourage cystitis. Grand to do while not peeing though!

You can get a Kegel excersiser, but it looks like a sex toy.
