Are ATT going for 2 guilds? If not, you may find it a little difficult grouping up

Not at launch, but more than likely will be added in the not too distant future.

Not for launch but I think Reid confirmed a while back they'll probably make an appearance in the first few weeks depending on how things go.

It won't. AC switching is out, Dual Spec only allows you to switch between changes you could make with a retrain.
