Nose-Bleed After Gym?

    Hi the last 3 times i went to gym , while after working out + swimming , when in the showers i get wicked nose-bleeds, they last about 10mins each time and look as if the blood will never stop :confused:

    What could this be?

    Anything to be worried about :rolleyes:

    May make an appointment tomorrow, not really worried though :rolleyes: 21 and these are my 1st real set of nose-bleeds in years :)
