    HI All,

    Just wondering if anyones knows of anywhere that stocks glutten free sponge?

    Looking for some for making trifles.

    I tend to make my own and replace wheat flour with a slightly smaller volume of rice flour. I also sometimes add even less rice flour and add desiccated coconut. I find the shop bought stuff horrible.

    Make your own or use a cake from tesco. I think they do some sort of a spongy cake thing that isn't too bad :)

    Use GF Maderia cake and soak well with sherry / fruit juice
