    Hey guys.

I left home to travel solo for a year in June. At that point I was at gym 5 times a week..had a really strict diet and was probably under-eating. Im 5.8 and was at 60 kg.

Since June though I have binged totally. Food has kind of become my travel partner and if Im ever bored I just eat...full packets of biscuits go in no time. I keep telling myself "this is my last day of eating crap" but then I end up going back to it after maybe 2/3 days of good eating. Its even more expensive to be eating crap so thats not the issue. I am really active and I walk up to 8Km a day, swim, hike, scuba etc. Im now at 80Kg..and seeing photos of myself Im sickened!!

I had worked so hard for good body and now in 5 months Ive undone a few years good work. I need help and advise on how to change this around. Im even thinking on a super strict diet til Xmas..cutting calories down hugely. To be honest I may have been bordering on eating disorder before I left and had people comment that I looked ill and too thin...but now its gone to the other extreme and people say..wow cant believe you put on so much weight.

Any help/advise or anything you think could help me would be great...

    Really appreciate any advise
    Thanks

Maybe you were too thin before and people are just shocked to see you up to a normal weight. 80kg for your height doesn’t seem to excessive man. If you're binging on full packets of biscuits you need to ask yourself what you're really needing when you behave that way.
