Okay, so my goal is to bulk up some. So heavier weight, less reps.
I can't afford to a join a gym but the equipment available to me is barbells, dumbells, bench and a chin up bar.

I would like a plan consisting of compound exercises that have all bases adequately covered, preferably split up over the days as i tail off in intensity if the workout is too long.

    Lower body: Squats, lunges, deadlift.

Upper: overhead press, upright row, pull ups, bench press.

Do i have all bases covered? Any advice on how to best split these up throughout the week, i want to work as smart as possible.

    Thanks.
