huawei 3 mifi e585 not working. Arrow Symbol display?

My huawei 3 mifi e585 is not working but as soon as it is plugged into the USB / Power supply it shows up with an unusual upward facing arrow as in picture instead of the 3 Mobile logo. It stays this way even with the power button pressed on Any suggestions? Cheers
