5ft 9in, 85kg male looking to lose about 10kg and up fitness. Was 94kg about 9 months ago and got down to 85kg by simply getting a 9-5 job! Been cycling to work for weeks and started swimming on Saturdays so going to start hitting the gym starting tomorrow and throw in some HIIT training also.

    Monday, Wednesday, Friday:
    cycle 15km (home-5km-work-3km-gym-7km-home)
gym - Arms, Chest, Shoulders, Core (1hr 20), Row (30 mins) or Legs, Back, Core (1hr), Row (30 mins)

    Tuesday, Thursday:
    cycle 10km (home-work-home)
    Core (20 mins)
    HIIT Sprinting (15-20 mins)

    Most Saturdays!:
    Swimming (1hr)

    Any comments, tips, suggestions?

Diet is way more important than your routine when it comes to losing weight.

I'm aware of that but looking for advice concerning routine alone at the moment.

Want to see how this goes with my regular diet before I begin to chop and change things there, fitness would be more important to me than dropping weight quickly.
