    I have a tube of creatine with an expiry date of 05/13 but its gone hard and i have to scrape away at it to free some up. Is this a common thing?

    If you bought it in a shop bring it back.

    I assume moisture affected it.
    I would still use it if you dont want to, or cant bring back to shop.

    Dont throw out - it could lead to super sized rats.

    Clumping is not a reason to bring it back to the shop.

    Take said tub and with lid on - give it a shake and it should be fine.

    That said - we cannot see the tub so the issue you have may be worse than just a bit of particles clumping together.

    Moisture affects powders - some co's add silica gel in a packet to help prevent this.

    Is it Mono or CEE? Mono, iv found, is 'usually' very fine in terms of the powder but when I tried CEE the powder was more clumped together and rock hard. Still didn't mean the product was defective or anything. Id just use it

    its mono, doesnt seem to have any negative effects so ill continue to use it.
