The Strength Coach podcast can be interesting when someone good is on. Mostly they just pimp Coach's products and the ass kissing by the presenter is hugely annoying. The Fitcast likewise, but that's really badly produced too and occasionally there'll be ten minutes of no content just them trying to figure out what to do next.

Stephan Kesting's Grapplearts Radio is also very good, but in fairness, you're into Crossfit now so you won't be too interested in that. Very good though.
