good thing it's gone 24 hours,

gym layout is not great, had 2 racks now only has one and lifting platform has shrunk in last few weeks. Would be nice if it went back to the way it was. They have kinda lost the plot when they put in the women's section which are just a crap circuit of machine weights.

Staff are good, members nice crowd experienced guys always offer advice when asked.

I have done a lot of Trx classes there, top class. Good setup. spinning class also gets thumbs up.

Great news. I use this gym myself.

Just wondering if it actually makes sense business-wise to keep a gym open 24 hours?

Havent a few places tried this before but it never lasted long due to the cost not making it worth while??

i,d be suprised if a 24 hour gym would be needed.18 hours maybe.

Yeah, I doubt there would be enough people going during the early morning (1AM-5AM) to warrant opening it for that period.

Nearly any business that does 24 hr opening makes me like it instantly. I really like working to my own schedule.

I could see shift workers using it. Also, aren't gyms traditionally very busy in the period after Christmas.:D

Yeah they've really cramped it up recently, but with the new Studio extension, do you think they'll knock down the wall where the classes were usually held? I assume all the classes will move to the Studio now?

I'm thinking of joining this gym, just have a few questions

How many dumbbell benches do they have and do they have a good selection of dumbbells?

What are the the busiest times in the gym?

    can you pay monthly?

    thanks :)
