The rest of my body is pure skinny , apart from my lower belly fat
If i quit the booze for a little while and take up some exercise will i notice a massive difference in fat loss to my stomach?

It shoud do. Cutting out alcohol for a while, maintiaing a good diet and regular exercise will all help to getting rid of a beer belly.

There are numerous threads on this forum for all the above so have a browse through them and you will find good tips.

    Best of luck.

Give it up for a little while? Yes you will probably lose a bit off the gut with some changes to your diet and exercise.

And after a little while has passed you plan on hitting the booze again?

    No.

Start some sort of progressive weight training if you want to see a significant difference. Otherwise, be prepared for disappointment.

Cut back on the booze to assist your body-fat reduction.

Agree with this. Massive loss of body fat does not happen quickly even with a good weights regime though I would agree it's the best way to go about it.

I recently cut out the booze, adjusted my diet and go to the gym every day. I've seen great results elsewhere but the belly is a stubborn fceker. In eight weeks this would sum up my progress.

First two weeks: Belly protruding unable to suck it in.
Weeks 3-4: Belly protruding able to suck in uncomfortably
Weeks 5-6: Belly protruding able to suck in comfortably
    Week 7-present: Belly not protruding.

Through my clothes I don't look like I have a beer belly but I'm far from a six pack. So you will see results in a sense.
