    Hi,

I think I put my back out doing squats. Putting it down to not stretching before hand. :(

My back is painful across the middle.

Can anyone recommend a Osteopath in Dublin city centre? Or would a Chiropractor be good too?

    Thanks!

Go to a real medical practioner like a physio. SportsMedIreland and Functional Training Ireland are great.

It's unlikely one single incidence of not stretching caused the injury. It's probably a result of movement dysfunction and other issues which have build up over time, and a good sports physio like the guys mentioned above will be able to see the reason behind the injury and prevent it happening again, which is why I recommend them over the guys you're asking about.

why would an osteo or chiro not be able to see the reason behind the injury?

Chiro might give you some magic beans to grow. Osteos in my experience are best used when referred directly.

    Go see a good physio.

come across enough people over the years who have separately recommended all the various professionals mentioned and have got results / benefits from them... can't see the logic of ruling any of them out...

Chiropractic "Medicine" has as much scientific evidence behind it as voodoo. I can recommend a voodoo priest, would you visit him ?
