I am a going to be limited in my choice of diet for the next couple of months, basically I am away with work and the food is provided. So I was thinking woudl be acceptable to use supplements like protein to maintain my plan. Are any down sides to having around four protein shakes a day.

If you absolutely have to, and there's no other option, and you've explored all other avenues, then go for it.

Unless you're doing something like working on an oil rig or in the outback there could be other ways around, but if not, the shakes would be alright.

Might wanna consider a 50/50 or even 100% caesin mix because whey shakes tend to be quite fast digesting and won't fill you up for long.

Cheers I will try to go get the eggs into to be for breakfast. but they are just boiled so don t want to eat about four. The lunches are quite low in protein can be pasta or burgers, dinner is usually meat two veg. I have fish oils, almonds and peanut butter for good oils. I am trying to stay away from the bad carbs. Any other supplements that you can recommend
