Recently got a job offer for my first ever IT Manager role.

What all information should I gather from the previous person before he leaves? My list includes IT Inventory, Network Map, Passwords, Backup Software, Serials and Licenses, Routers and Switches, Ext IT support provider roles and contact details, Daily OPs checks etc.

Any thing else I should gather details on?

The check if the backup is actually being done and if it works.

What type of IT Manager role.. Support (as in it's you looking after all the IT services alone) or Manager (as in you are managing an IT department full of people who report to you)?

There's a big difference in the roles and the approach.
