If you REALLY want toned abs, diet comes first.

    What you need to do:

    1) Establish your bodyweight in lb, multiply by 12 - that's your daily kcals

    2) Multiply the answer in step 1 by 40% for kcals from protein, divide 4 by to get grams of protein daily

    3) Multiply the answer in step 1 by 30% for kcals from carbs, divide 4 by to get grams of carbs daily

    4) Multiply the answer in step 1 by 30% for kcals from fat, divide by 9 to get grams of fat daily

    5) Eat your food in the form of meat and veg, nuts and seeds, fruit, a small bit of starch and no sugar

    6) create a fitday.com account and start to track it all

    7) weigh yourself on Day 1, and measure your waist

    8) do the above for 4-6 weeks

    9) re-check weight and measurements at the end of week 3, and the end of week 6

    10) come back and thank me for saving you loads of money :D
