Hi ya,

Done a clean install of Windows 7 on my netbook and I think I deleted all the drivers originally on it when doing this. I got the driver for my wifi card online eventally and added this via USB stick it doesnt have a cd drive) and from this I was able to get everthing going.

Only problem is I cant track down drivers for my ethernet or video controller. Even when i access them via computer mgmt and search and I am not having any luck finding out what the actual controllers are in my netbook.

I am not very good at this stuff so maybe I am missing something straight forward here and someone can be kind enough to point me in the right direction

My netbook is an Acer Aspire one 533 if that helps

Go to the Acer website, they have the driver sets for all their laptops there.

Wrong link and/or model number...

Go here:

http://www.acer.co.uk/ac/en/GB/content/drivers

Select :Netbook -> Aspire One -> AO533 -> select your OS type and...download drivers.
Install first the chipset,restart,then all other...

Its amazing the amount of **** that comes up when you search for download drivers on google

The Acer support website should have your drivers as long as your laptop is compatible with Windows 7 of course.
