Wedding looming ever closer

    I am getting married in 8 months (wohoo!) The only problem is I realyy need to get motivated to get into action. I lost a load of weight last year and was a lovely small size 12. Im still a 12 now but not a small one, I know I have put on at least 1/2 stone probably more :( I have started walking 2 days a week and have now invested in a bilateral stepper which I plan to use at least twice a week, obviously different to the walking days. Does anybody have any good suggestions or best ways to get the weight moving again? Thanks :)

    Good work, your diet will be the real driver behind your weight loss, so get that in check first and the rest is a bonus. Take a read of the stickies and come back with any questions on it.
