    I've been a bit down lately and haven't really left the house much. I kinda shy away from direct contact with other people. The past 5 years have been tough on me personally and I guess I let things fester a little bit. I'm stuck in a rut and even though I know how to get out of it I'm not sure I'm ready to yet. Sorry for the downer :(

    I don't really know what advice to give you, other than it's good to get pent up stuff out in the open, you will feel better after it :)

    Feel free to vent/get stuff of your chest, I've come to realise since posting that everyone's really welcoming and understanding in here :D

    Was feeling a bit down earlier but dragged myself to the pub to get out of the house and ended up having lots of fun. We do a quiz in the graduate bar every Thursday night, its lots of laughs.

    Thought the night was ruined when the kitchen was out of sweet potato fries though, that was the main thing that made me go :pac:

    Glad I went or I woulda just stayed home feeling sorry for myself. :)

    My parents died 13 months between each other and I guess I'm still numb. Dad died in 2008 and mam in 2009. A family member went to a medium and stuff was brought up that I had suppressed and I haven't really been the same since.
