    I know this is prob not the place to be posting this but i know there is plenty of guys on here with good knowledge.

    I have a pretty sore shoulder injury since Fri that i have had before, Long headed bicept impingement and was wondering if anybody has tried acupunture before and what they tought of it.

    OP accupunture is fine, it is good for alot of problems. I'm not a fan of the meridian/Chi philosophy but I've had great results with an accupuncturist when I had carpal tunnel issues meaning I avoided surgery (which I've found out since causes more issues in the ling term then it fixes). Trigger point dry needling as an alternative is also very good (IMO) & is based on direct application to dysfunctional areas as opposed to meridians. In either case just make sure you're going to a reputable practitioner!
