Have you been on any dodgy sites lately Teddy?
It could be someone using a nasty trojan horse malware backdoor exploit in vBulletin to make that appear.. If they could do something like that then they could probably gain access to any information you've put online, maybe even stuff on your hard-drive.

Seriously, you should probably delete any private info you have on your computer and get a professional to take a look at it ASAP.

It's unlikely, but its possible..
The software is usually installed from porn sites, not the mainstream ones really since they'd be shut down fairly quickly, maybe a specialist fetish site?

I asked a couple of the tech guys to have a look at this forum and the screenshot you supplied. They're as baffled as I am. One of them suggested you do full virus and malware scans and see if that helps at all, but without access to your computer he said that's as much as he can suggest.
