Blood Type Diet

Has anyone done this? I don't want to take on a 'diet' but if there's a more personalized and healthy way for me to eat I would be open to investigating more. I live in Canada and I am going to a Naturopathic doctor who does this kind of personalized nutrition.

    Any one have any experience?

The bloodtype diet is a load of old bunk TBH. A fool and his money are easily parted.

I remember Oscar De La Hoya used this to get down to 147lbs for his fight with Manny Pacquiao in 2008 - Before the fight he was full of praise for it, he was eating all he wanted and still losing weight. He got absolutely pummeled in the fight, looked physically weak against a guy half his size, lost every round and had his face rearranged. Got him to the weight he needed to be be though I guess...

    Can you elaborate?

Blood type diets are pure pseudo-science. There is NO evidence that the human diet varies by blood type. Dr. Peter D'Adamo is a snake-oil salesman IMO.
