    Hi guys,

I have recently been diagnosed with severe ibs so obviously u have to cut out wheat but I love bread! Does anyone know if it would be ok if I was to bake my own bread using spelt flour and no yeast?

I think everybody's a bit different with what they can and can't eat. Have you considered cutting out all bread for 4 weeks to get rid of all symptoms, then introducing your own spelt bread and if you start getting the symptoms back then you know you can't eat that.

Symptoms and possible solutions vary from person to person.

This information sheet from the National Institute of Clinical Health and the British Dietetic Association explains more.
