    Hey,

Trying to lose weight and cut my cholesterol levels also.

How many nuts can I eat a day?

I've bought almonds, walnuts and Cashews and don't want to be over doing it.

I'm eating porridge with banana and seeds for breakfast and have replaced cakes, chocolate and biscuits as best I can with fruit / dried fruit (maybe two dried dates a day).

I surf every other weekend and do weights 3 times a week as well as some cardio.

    Cheers

    Z

I weigh out 25g which is the portion size on the bag. It's not a lot!

    and it's about 150 calories.

I had to give up nuts. I just couldn't only have the 25g. I'd eat and eat and eat.

No. I just aim to eat healthily most days.

As in my breakfast is healthy, my lunch is usually a salad and I eat a lot of veg and not that much meat.

The only "bad" foods I would have eaten are cake, biscuits and chocolate which I have mainly cut out.

Weight loss is related to calories, not healthy food.

Ifs not difficult to eat health foods and put on weight. Nuts, while healthy, are high in calories.
I'd say 25g max. It mgiht be easier to avoid.
