Chiefs @ Pats could be an absolute massacre.

Really looking forward to tonights game. I hope Tebow can lead Denver to a win but the Jets will probably have too much. It will be close though, IMO.

Elsewhere, I'm hoping my Ravens can get back on track, which they probably will before imploading again next week!

Is McGahee fit to play? That's a big factor in this game and even then the Jets will pack the box and let the Broncos have a go at them. If Tebow does throw, unless he employs some sort of hurry up, good luck trying to thrown against our corners.

Similarly the Jets are playing against Miller and Dumervil and our Pass Rush protection was abyssmal on Sunday night. Neither Keller or Mulligan are good blocking TE's so I can't see the Jets doing much offensively either. It could be a ground and pound slugfest, not pretty on the eye I reckon. With LT inactive Bilal Powell out of Louisville gets his first snaps of the season, really eager to see how he gets on.

All the reports are saying McGahee should be fine to play. Would love to stay up and watch this :(

What do you lads make of this bet I'm thinking about putting on, just €10 for interest really?

    Green Bay -14
    Patriots -15
    Cowboys -7
    49ers -9.5

Don't know whether to watch Broncos/Jets. It could be an exceedingly boring game...Or TT could run for 200 yards and four TDs.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 39,452 ✭✭✭✭eagle eye

No way it will be boring, Tebow is playing!:D

2 pass attempts. 2 completions

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 39,452 ✭✭✭✭eagle eye

I thought they should have took the points there. This is the Jets, one of the few teams I wouldn't go for it on 4th down and inches against.

Wow Bronco's D all fired up with the sack for a 3 and out. What a horrible punt, Broncos get the ball at the Jets 34, lol.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 1,416 ✭✭✭FreeOSCAR

Jets need to draft a tackle in the 1st Round next year. Wayne Hunter is rotten.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 4,500 ✭✭✭ReacherCreature

Oh God, Tebow's throwing motion is so long-winding.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 10,386 ✭✭✭✭DDC1990

3 and way out. Connolly sliced it for a gain of only 20 or so yards :P

    Gwan Tebow :P

I didn't actually notice tonight, how far is he going back?

What's wrong with that hit by Dawkins???

Not a game for the offensive purists.

Von Miller aside this game has been a stinker as predicted. Too QBs you won't probably hear about in the NFL in around 3 years time.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 3,450 ✭✭✭evil_seed

does anyone have what the guys were saying at the start and half time... "winning is not a sometimes thing etc"

Matt Slauson TD :D. Plax has been fantastic. Total mismatch on their corner.

Jets Defensive players must be going nuts. 10 points given up between ST and offense. At least it'll make it interesting :D

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 1,416 ✭✭✭FreeOSCAR

Von Miller should and will be fined for them two hits on Sanchez.

McKnight > Shonn "3 yard run" Greene

McKnight > Shonn "3 yard run" Greene

He's more explosive but he's a fumbler, I do **** myself when he running and doing returns. We could maybe try take LaMichael James later on in the draft if he falls enough.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 15,472 ✭✭✭✭Oat23

    hahaha Tebow!

Nice TD run with 58 seconds left.

    Broncos take a 17-13 lead :D

Tim Tebow you truly are a magic man when its clutch time. Awesome read of the blitz.

horrible by the Jets, terrible spot to blitz.

    He's only ever rushing there.

Lol they went after him with man to man on the receivers. What are you expecting them to do? They tried to contain the run on that drive and he keeps getting first downs so they went for him instead.

Lets be fair about it, the Jets get their man a lot more often than they don't when they blitz like that. Give the credit where its deserved, Tebow read it and made a great quick move to the outside.

The play before he just took it from the shot gun and ran up the middle for 3 yards, he's going to do the very same the next play so no idea why you'd send 8 guys straight after him and leave yourself wide open for a TD if he breaks free.

Yeah but he has just come all the way up the field from the 5 yard line finding a way to keep getting it done. What do you have to say about that. Remember the Jets D hadn't given up a TD all night.

They didn't look like giving up one either. Tebow was really struggling to get 1st downs before that drive. He's definitely got 'it' - whatever 'it' is!

Yeehaa Mr Gladiator gets it done..............again ! That was a nice 'business decision' for the TD at the end, in fact it was a great winning 'drive', he started in his own end-zone. Not a pretty game but....... they're all pretty when you come out on the winning side :o:pac:

Is it too early to call the MVP for Tebow?

Really enjoyed that game last night. Tebow is mechanically the worst Qb in the league, but with the help of the coaching staff, he just keeps finding ways to win.

Great for Bronco fans, as what was looking like another long, losing season, they are now serious contenders to win their division. The West is going to be an absolute slug-fest.

no. the way he is going he will be the only challenger to Rodgers. If he had been in from the start, Rodgers wouldnt have a chance. he'll put up serious numbers to rival him, even missing a third of the season.

Fell asleep after the 1st Q, absolutely sickened :(

Just watched the extended highlights there, as mentioned it certainly wasn't a game for fans of the offensive shoot-outs, but I enjoyed it.

Delighted to see Tebow getting it done again!

They guy is great in the last two minutes. Problem is he is terrible for the other 58 which is the reason Jets hadn't given up a TD all night.

Yeah but he is 4-1 as a starter this year and has brought them to .500 for the season and he is 6-2 in all his starts to date.

And I've been consistent in what I've said all along, the guy just has something about him, he is just a born winner. I never said he was an awesome mechanical QB or anything close to it. All I said was that he has these special qualities, his leadership is inspirational, everybody just believes in him and his desire for the W. Its so hard to explain it but he is just so special.

Hard to explain because it's bull. Where was all this magical inspiration against the Lions? Also he is 6-3 as starter, he lost two last year as starter.

I keep forgetting you are a Raiders fan and just can't think straight when talking about a player in a divisional rivals team. You come across as just a hater tbh.

He keeps getting wins, thats what I've said he will do all along. You want to concentrate on small things instead of the big picture. You pick out that Lions game(his only loss), you criticise the Jets for blitzing on one play(even though the drive started on the Denver 5 yard line).

Its quite clear that you want to concentrate on negatives with Tim Tebow all the time and are unable to give him any praise for going 4-1 this year since he came in.

You really are talking ****e now Eagle Eye. I've praised the Broncos in the week 11 thread saying Fox has been excellent and they have a very good young team, but your right, I can't think straight about players on a divisional rivals team because I am a hater.

It's actually you who wants to concentrate on the small things and not the big picture by trotting out crap like "he gets the wins, that's all that matters". Your inspirational leader who is OMG111!!!eleventy!! amazing is the icing on your bull**** cake tbh.

Unable to give him praise? Just a few posts ago I said he was great in the last two minutes.
