Buying an Xbox 360 for my boyfriend for xmas ...

This is the deal i got but have no idea if this is good or not

XBOX 3604Gb Console Classics Bundle with Halo 3 ODST and Gears of War 2 for €163 - Do Xbox automatically come with a controller ....If so is it wireless?
Is this a good xbox?

I'd go for a 250GB console. The 4GB has a very small hard drive with it so limits it in terms of being able to store content and install games to the HDD.

Also both those games are well over a year or two old. Prob better bundles out there but of course they may be more expensive.

Agree with above post in that the 250gb is preferable. At some stage you will regret not having a decent hard drive. I would hold out for a couple of weeks rather than jump at this deal as there will be good bundles on offer for the xmas market. If i were you I'd keep an eye online regularly for better offers from the following outlets: Game, Gamestop, HMV, Smyths & xtravision. Also keep an eye on this forum where news of good offers are often posted.
As to your other questions, yes the Slim comes with a wireless controller (usually just the one), and yes it's a good xbox,in fact it's the only xbox The only difference between the two versions is the hard drive. Hope this helps.

Thanks a million guys ... Will hold off buying till i get a better deal

Is woth while buying them in England or do you see much of a price difference (i suppose it depends on the deals ) just going to liverpool the weekend so will just keep an eye for the 250gb

See link below. Its bit pricier at €303 but you get the kinect with it as well as one year subscription to xbox live. Also a few games included. great deal if you want the kinect as well.

got the xbox the week it was out for 350 boo urns! ..but of course it was a year ago
