Muay Thai Weight Training Programme

    Hey guys,

    I've recently started doing muay thai training twice a week and am looking for a good weight training programme to do along with it. I've been doing a set weight training programme for the last 3 months but think its about time to change it up as I'm getting to used to it.

    Anyone got any recommendations?

    Yep, instead of training twice per week Thai and twice per week weights, train 4 times per week Thai :).
