    Hi

Im trying to convert a 20 second AVI file to MPEG4 for use within iTunes but I'm running in to problems. The encoding process is only taking about a second even though the AVI file is 120 megs. It pretty such says its finished successfully straight away, and the mpeg file appears on my desktop as expected. However it's only a couple of kilobytes in size and there's nothing to play. When I click on it, Quicktime opens but the movie duration is 0:00 and there's nothing there.

I haven't used Handbrake in a couple of months but when i last used it there were no issues - don't know if I'm missing something obvious?

    Thanks.
