Thank you for posting. My wonderful friend was at it - only 2700 at the gig and she was lucky to be up front. I can pick her out from the vid :D

Not particularly blown away by that setlist I have to say!

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 983 ✭✭✭CiaranK

I think it's fairly decent. A bit on the short side maybe. Hopefully it will be up to maybe 28+ songs by July.

Its going to be some weekend in London for Hyde Park Calling......

    http://www.hardrockcalling.co.uk/

Bruce on Saturday and Paul Simon doing a Graceland gig on the Sunday. A few of us are going on the Saturday to Bruce, would really love to go to Paul as well. Not sure how the finances would survive than one.

Have you checked the order status on Ticketmaster? If not log in and in the top right hand corner click "my Ticketmaster" and then "my tickets" and depending how many concerts you have booked you may need to click the arrows until you find Brucie and then click order details.

It says my tickets are being processed

That normally means they haven't being dispatched yet. Don't panic yet as still loads of time until the concerts.

They can hold back on posting them to prevent easy touting. Also if the gig is cancelled I suppose they saved on postage and printing.

There is nothing to worry about, even if you do not have them on the day you simply ring them and you can collect new tickets at the box office with your credit card. Your originals will be cancelled and stolen ones would be detected at the barcode scanner at the door. -it doesn't matter if they were stolen and that thief goes in before you.

I like the idea of finishing with Tenth Avenue Freeze-Out. I presume he's doing that for Clarence. I only heard him play that at my first Bruce gig in the Meadowlands Arena. I think he stretched it out for a good 10-15 minutes or so.

Wow im going down and highway....hope he plays these in dublin

I think the US setlists looked better. 'Does This Bus Stop', 'It's Hard to Be A Saint', 'Thundercrack', 'Kitty's Back', 'E Street Shuffle' I'd love to see more of this stuff than the likes of Working on The Highway and I'm Goin Down to be honest. Great songs, but I'd like to see some of the even older stuff with the Horns now that he has them.

But it's still very early days yet, could be different by July :)

No 'Thunder Road' - Oh man, a night with the Boss just has to have Thunder Road in there somewhere.

I'll pay the price of the ticket just to hear Working On The Highway.

I was hoping for American Land. Man i love that song!

I can't agree. One of the few good things about the current set list is that being absent.

2025 Gigs and Events: Stuart Murdoch, Lyle Lovett, Stuart Murdoch, Wolf Alice, Camera Obscura, The Corrs/Imelda May/Natalie Imbruglia, Iron Maiden, Neil Young/Van Morrison, Lana Del Rey, Weezer, Sparks (x2), The Doobie Brothers, Billie Eilish (x2), Oasis, Sharon Van Etten, The Human League/Blancmange, Deacon Blue/Turin Brakes, Gillian Welch and David Rawlings (x2), Nerina Pallot, Sleeper, Wolf Alice

2026 Gigs and Events: Metallica (x2)
