Any one had problems with myprotein before?

    I ordered a load of supplements last Friday week from them and I'm still waiting on the order to be dispatched let alone delivered. Just says "order in process" in my account. I sent them a mail on Thursday to see what the Craic was and they haven't got back to me. Head wrecking as I needed these minimum by the start of this week. Has anyone had this problem before or am I just unlucky?

    That's strange. I've ordered from them about 8 or 9 times and have never had a problem with them. The orders arrive in much less time than a week.

    Have you tried calling them? I'd do that if you don't get a reply to your email (when did you email)? Otherwise, you could ask them on their facebook page....

    Cheers. I mailed them Thursday morning and this morning again. Order is still sitting there as "under process" just left a fb post there too. Funny, added some protein to my cart this morning but never checked out and customer services were quick to email me to remind me I hadn't checked out and asking was there a problem!

    The Thursday email will probably be answered tomorrow. The email you received was an automated email that their system send - they won't be working today.

    I ordered about €300 worth of stuff on Friday 28th of Oct, still not here.
    Sent them two emails & they said it'll arrive tomorrow.
    2 full working weeks just isn't good enough.

    Very unusual for them, I've been using them for a few years now and delivery has always been within a week.

    Someone else said exactly the same thing in their fb page. I won't be ordering agin from them. Might just go out nd buy the supplements else where nd ask for a refund

    That's very strange, I ordered last Saturday and got my delivery by Tuesday morning. Most of my orders in the past have been here in less than a week. Give them a call, it's your best bet; 01 431 9781 8.00am - 6.00pm
