anyone know a good personal trainer working around lucan/clondalkin?

I'm looking to get back into training again, and i'd like to know if anyone here has used a personal trainer from lucan/clondalkin area? if so, what kind of rates are they charging and what can i expect from them?

yes I have for a year solid. missed a few months or more and went to wall. going back now to get in shape and focused. I guess life took over, I need to be accountable to someone check out his website http://www.dominicmunnelly.ie/ to see his training regime. Sorry I wont comment on the cost, that is between the two of ye.
