I have been suffering with pain in my lower back and both knees for the last two years. It started from a football injury and at this point the ache/pain is pretty constant.

I've tried an number of physio's, tried acupuncture, bought orthotic insoles, had an x-ray, an MRI and im none the wiser as to what exactly the problem is.

I'm desperate to get this problem sorted so that I can get back to living an normal live and being able to exercise.

Ive no idea where to turn to now. Has anyone any suggestions who might be able to help me?

You need the right physio, who knows their job well, and you need to listen to their instructions and do Exactly what they say for your rehab exercises. Simples.

A good physio will diagnose you in a few mins, and if they cannot help they will know where to direct you.

I know a great one, helping me out with an ITB injury. PM me if you want details.
