IMPORTANT: People needed for interviews for study on Paleo diet

Very early stages of an academic research paper in the works. I would like the ask the folk here who specifically follow the paleo diet (strictly paleo) or people who have strictly adhered to it for a period of time in the past.

I would be hoping to conduct interviews in December and January and am just seeing potential interest at the moment before making individual contact with interested parties.

I would travel to other counties for interviews.

The research is in the area of consumer culture and is based in the Kemmy Business School in the University of Limerick

Can the interviews be done remotely?

Count me in, not strict paleo now but have been in the past for about 6 months.

Lemme know if you need help with stats for the analysis too. I got some contacts with PHD stats candidates.

Paleo has really changed my life, and I am strict "paleo" with some grass-fed cream. Although the community supports having it only as a framework for what you decide feels right for you. I've been strict paleo much of the last year.

I am in California though.

Just an update for all those who PM'd me and posted here - this paper wont be going down the interview line, it's going to be using nethnography, il still post up the paper when it's all done and dusted and finalized. Thanks.

I may be able to help. While I do use some dairy produce from time to time, in the majority I stick to paleo. I'm located close to UL too so that should help. Out of interest, could you possibly pm me some additional info on the research? Cheers
