    Hi,

11 months ago I fell back on a wooded floor and damaged my tailbone, the pain when getting up from seated was then pretty extreme, 8 out of 10 for a couple of months.

I never got is looked at by a medical professional as is slowly started to become less painful as the months passed, still 11 months on it can be a 4/5 out of 10 especially when seated for longer than an hour.

Is this a normal recovery timeline or should I get an x-ray to see what is going on? It just does not seem right to me?

    Thanks.

    You diagnosed yourself?

Stop been stupid! (no offense meant), get it medically checked out. We cannot help you here, random internet strangers cannot diagnose you or give medical advice.
