Boards Montage - V.2

Hey all

Following on from the last boards montage (below), I was thinking it would be cool to have another for Modern Warfare 3. The reason for this thread is that it probably won't be done for another while yet, but it'll give people a chance to get clips in the mean time.

I have a PVR so I'd be able to record anyone's clip from the Ps3. If anyone from the Xbox would like to volunteer to record that would be greatly appreciated

For practicality sake if you do think a clip is good enough to be in the montage post your PSN/Xbox GT here and what slot it's in (no single/collateral snipes please

) and name it something along the lines of 'Boards'/'Boards Montage' in your online video vault.

Shouldn't be a problem getting clips. I've found since the snipers are back it's never been easier to flank with a silenced weapon and get multi-sprays

I can get some xbox ones too if you guys are stuck...

I've had so many triples/quads and more in this game, haven't recorded any...

I've got one clip I'd consider alright. So much harder to rush with the amount of lag

This still happening? Have a couple of good clips but need somebody to record them. 1 is a 15ish kill streak with the flag in team defender in about 45 seconds which would work well. Others a short clip where I get the entire team

Donno, lee sold his copy of the game... push comes to shove if i've time after christmas i could possibly whip up another day tage like the last one. Again tho, its more a problem of people not being arsed submitting clips, last one took a proper effort getting people to send their clips in to lee or whoever it was collecting.

No reason, other than people not playing the game, why we couldn't make a sweet ass montage from the boards members, since im finding it a lot easier to get clips than in blops and i barely play.. so im sure everyone else is the same.

I'd say so. In saying that it's entirely down to people's submissions, or lack thereof.

The problem I can see is that most people would have theatre turned off as it (allegedly) improves connection

This is true. I really hate what IW have done with the theatre mode tbh... even tho its probably a lot more stable in that you won't lose as many games... it just feels cheap and very rushed.

No dollycam/cant view other players/ everyones recording so everyones fps performance takes a hit / only lets you view your own / its twitchy as **** when people are moving about.... and i keep taking god damn screenshots by mistake !!! Oh... and did i mention.. you can't view other players ???

You can really see the differences in coding ability between the two studios here tbh.

Don't know how many epic Multi kills i have got that are nowhere to be seen because i bleeding turned off theatre mode :mad:

I've a few clips in my vault, both of which I have in the Boards Pics and Vids thread... I may have included the full games in the vault as well without any processing or effects.

Have theatre turned off at the moment re lag but may turn it back on as I've gotten some nice triple gun kills

On my second game in theatre, I got a kill from a cp falling on them. Haven't seen it myself. Can't get my head around the new setup. Tis there anyway if ya want it.

Fcuk that lads! Make the montage, how will our countless Youtube subs survive knowing that we won't be making a new montage :P

I'm sure a few of the Xbox lads have clips lying about, and once ye lazy PS3ers actually start playing the game (:pac:) we should be able to get a good montage out.

Everyone turn theatre back on, having it off doesn't really help with the lag anyways.

I just hit a quad barrett feed we could use there btw.

I havnt played the game in the 2 weeks. Just lost interest. I might start playing for montage clips cause I've never done that before. Might re kindle my interest
