Going by what they normally do for community double exp, it's for base kills only not challenges, though I may be wrong.

played a few games of Kill confirmed. Such a great game mode and its simple. They always are. Warming to it. Loving the killstreak packages to be fair they are class great variety.

I like how you can view your kd, domination flag captures etc in the leaderboards, my w/l is shocking though lol I ragequit a lot when thrown into a nearly finished match full of retards

Really liked the campaign mode, started playing multi player, have to agree kill confirmed is brilliant! Was unsure for a while whether or not to buy the game, glad i did now!

isnt that what Elite is for? I never got trawling through stats belong to other people to chuckle at how much they've lost or what guns they use, its kinda sad.

Yes it is but I'm taking about the combat record in the game lobby. Was great for checking out who your opponents are and how you should approach the game. ie good team run the try hard class to win the game, bad team high kill streaks to bring the pain

Love the way you can have strike packages associated with classes

also the specialist strike package is brill

Was getting really pissed off with SMGs on hardcore, the UMP is crap now but then unlocked the p90 and let rip. What a gun! Hope the ones above it are good/better.

ya i've noticed that.. Was in a lobby the other day about 7 had the tag EIRE - none of them knew each other lol.

I've the tag EIRE in my name.. me and my mates use it when playing.. I think everyone in Ireland does lol.

Survival mode is so brilliant compelling isn't the word. 7 hours in it already. And the campaign is top notch.

ump with a silencer and kick proficiency= beastly. its MW2 good.

I think I found my new favourite map, Hardhat for Demolition, its awesome. the choke points are starting to become more defined as people are getting the layouts of the map, stay out of the pipe though its like the alley of death on Skidrow.

Ive noticed the EIRE clan tag alot too. LOADS of IRL's aswell, a few IRA :rolleyes: and names like Deco, Anto, Deano etc...

Servers by location very evident in MW3.

Lots of stupid names going around lik "[ÉIRE] IriiShWe3dIRAlaDZ" and other such stupid names. Party chat FO LYF.

Me and the boys use our clan tag as a counter. I.e. it starts on [0], we win a game and it goes to [1], and so on. We lose and it goes back to [0].

You get some awful messers who see our tag and put like, [-999] in theres or something, or change theirs to [1] when we lose.

Regarding OP, i've gotta say I love the Survive mode in Spec Ops, so much fun and great for when there's no one online for MP

Hadn't planned on picking this up until the weekend, I was planning to play a few final on-line TDM express games of my beloved MW2 on Wednesday & last night and I think I was the only person on the planet in the MW2 lobby.

Went up to Tesco picked in to up for €42.95 (at that price for 2 more days), first impressions are great, love few maps I've seen so far, lots of in and out of buildings up and down stairs etc, really enjoying the kill confirmed level.

Sound seem to be much more focused than MW2, I have the new Sony PS3 wireless headphones and the G36 sounds fantastic.

The Barrett seems quite overpowered with low recoil level, but this is probably an accurate reflection of the real world performance of a sniper rifle that costs over $10000 before extras, I felt it never lived up to its full devastating potential in MW2. It's a real one hit one kill weapon in real life so the game shouldn't be any different.

I'm tending to use Attachments and rapidfire + silencer for the SMGs once I unlock it. Haven't noticed much difference between the UMP and P90 in that regard bar the bigger mag on the P90.
Still reckon the PP90M1 is the best SMG I've used to far!

Agree that the PP is by far he best SMG in cod history. It beasts with extended mags and the long shot proficiency.

Bought the game last night and played the Multiplayer. Very strange coming back fro BF3 (The same thing was when I played BF3 first).

Single player - WOW. Unreal. Really enjoying it. I'd say I will get used to the multiplayer too. Definitely worth the money.

Great game overall. Finished campaign today, excellent. Love multiplayer and Kill confirmed brings a whole new dimension to team deathmatch. Also, I'll take Spec Ops over Zombies any day!
