Was on blops yesterday an it felt like it took forever to go down to drop shot, yet on Mw3 it literally has to be one of the easiest things in the game, I never even used to do it, Picked it up while playing Mw3 an its simple as can be.. Its even better listening to people goin crazy on the mic when ya drop shot them, literally running all over the place, drop to the ground and they call ya a camping noob,

Its the little things in life that make me happy

you should see it on PC ! Only have to press one button once to go prone, everyone does be jumping and dropshotting like mad !

I think some people change the contoller settings so on xbox for example b is the knife button and cliking the right analog goes prone, ya get a quicker respnse from pressing the analog so go prone alot quikcer...think i read that round here somewhere before.

I use Tack layout but hardly ever dropshot, more so I brought it from Black Ops (where I did dropshot), now its just habit and for ducking behind cover. Id imagine Id be better of switching back, panic knifing seems the way forward on mw3

I've used tac layout since MW2. I lose a lot of 1v1 knife fights & am sure this is a factor but couldn't go back at this stage.

I have been using Tack also and really like it now. It makes going between BF3 and MW3 much easier as the controls are more or less the same.

yeah I use tactical, I do lose a lot of them one on one knife fights, but to be honest, I've been saved more times from drop shottin than I would have from panic knifing.. I've been using tac since Mw2, and Definatly could never go back,

Ah cool, I play bf3 aswell so used to the nipple being the prone button, knifing is gonna take a while though.

Its a lot better, get used to drop shottin and it will save your life 95% of the time
Its been savings me anyways..

When other people drop shot against me its funny that they aim up at where my head should be and I can still take them out... Its great..

Defo have more fun playing with tactical and drop shottin when I can..

I drop shot when i think im going to lose a gunfight, if its a choice between dying or playing by some non existant code and relying on a broken game using p2p servers then the hell with it, dunno how many times I've been shot, not died and then died when I was around a corner and the same guy managed to hit me due to lag

I dropshot the odd time, using the O button, heck if I've a chance to hold aim and dropshot the akward way then you definitely deserve to die brah

once you go tac you never go back, makes dodging fire so much easier if you have to duck and reload or dodge a sniper round

That and you don't see a guy where you didn't expect to and accidentally try to knife said guy from a mile away only to fail, him to see you and blow you away while you're recovering from said knifing attempt.
