I have ADHD, where do I go for help?

    I am 20 and was diagnosed with it years ago but decided to give medication a miss because I had bad anxiety and that was a side effect but I don't have anxiety anymore, its gotten so bad now that I can't focus on anything anymore and need constant stimulation such as really loud music all the time and tv and I can't even get down to opening my college work. Its never been this bad. Do I go to my GP or a specialist, I need advice. I need to get medication.

    GP is the place to start I reckon, will be able to direct you to an appropriate specialist or medication or what not.

    sounds like me and everyone else I knew when we were students tbh.

    Ok I will go to my GP Monday thank, I just hate feeling so unproductive, life is short, I can't let the days slip away like this.
