What age do you feel you are?

just reading another thread on AH and it got me thinking. Its my birthday today i'm 42, now i'm not fishing for birthday wishes but i have to say i dont feel like i'm 42. I probably look around that but feel like i'm late 20s or early 30s. I even think i'd be able to sit in a pub with my sons mates and have a couple of pints with them. How about you ?

I feel about 7. I don't think I've matured in the last 30 years. Sure, I like booze, but I probably would have then. The only difference is my body tends not to agree with me what with the bad knees and pubic hair.

Im 37, feel about late 20's or 30 i suppose. Funnily enough when i was turning 30 i felt ancient, not quite sure why, but i definitely remember feeling very very old back then!

I feel a 15 year old Sam Beckett that has leaped into a 97 years olds body right now and all I had last was four Captain Morgans and some chips. This is not right to feel like this .. nurse! And I was planning on seeing the RHCPs tonight. I hope they keep the music down if I do.

19 but feel more like 25, honestly associate a lot better with older people, a lot of people my age just do crazy stupid things.

I'm twenty-seven, sometimes I feel (and act) like I'm still nineteen. Other times (like today) I can't wait to get home, put my jammies on and nurse a bottle of wine while watching absolute ****e on TV. I'll probably be asleep on the sofa by 9pm. Those are the days when I feel like an absolute aul one.

its just a lighthearted opinion dudess i dont want to make a science project out of it. I could probably be in much better shape for my age so physically i'd be older but i reckon i'd get along just fine with people 15 years younger than me. Maybe i'm just immature

Mentally my attitude is still the same as when I was younger, I could get the urge to do a few cartwheels like I did when I was 15 but I realise my hips would shatter so im a teenager trapped in an older body.

Sometimes I feel like a 60 year old, other times I feel like a 12 year old. But mothers still use me as "the man" when trying to quieten their children at the supermarket. "Stop that or you'll upset that man there" they say, I give the kid the crazy eyes and nod my head making a throat cutting gesture. Anything to help.

I've felt about the same since I was about ten.

This was problematic for me in my teens and early twenties as I felt I should be feeling more like an adult.

Yet now as I approach thirty I feel it's a big advantage that I don't feel my age.

However, whenever I encounter teenagers I feel about seventy.
