Random Crying

The World is Round

For the past couple of days, for the first time I've experienced this in my life, I keep breaking down in tears for no reason.
I could be watching a comedy show, laughing away and then suddenly start crying. Or at the bus stop. Or walking to the shops
I don't think it's hormone related. I'm not pregnant.
Is this a common occurrence among people?

Yes it's sadness, not watering eyes.

Maybe it would be more beneficial to see a therapist rather than a GP.
