wii hacking ???

Well im hacking a wii and have the homebrew channel and all that set up with letterbomb (pretty easy done in under 5 mins) But the usb loader is killing me here I cant get it to work at all. It loads up but when I try to rip a game to the hdd I get errors and it doesn't work. Any ideas ?

sorted turns out the disc was damaged....
Never thought to check it
