So im just wondering about a new program to do after I finish my current one. I was gonna do 5/3/1 but seen ive seen it getting slated recently so now thinking against it. Was looking into starting strength too but heard a friend talking about GVT. Anyone else done it before? Is it worth while?

It depends on what you want, they're both completely different. 5/3/1 is a strength programme, GVT is more training for size/bodybuilding. I'd imagine if you look hard enough every single programme there you'll find negative comments in relation to it.
I've done both programmes before, GVT is good - it will build muscle but is as boring as hell.
I've done 5/3/1 before but not long enough to comment on it's results.
